3 Tips to Help Process our Changed World

Covid 19 takes us back to roots and reminds us of the small things in life that are important. We think long and hard about our next move. As we make adjustments in our life, we might consider these 3 tips to help us process our changed world.

1)     Be who you are. Know who you are and what you stand for. Create a list of your qualities and what makes you unique. Remind yourself every day what is important to you. This will help you to adapt and remain true to yourself, especially during stressful times.  Find your joy, joyfully!

2)     Be there for your people, fully. Make a list of your support group (your inner circle) who are close to you and stay in touch with them. Be especially truthful to these people, so they can be a witness and supportive of what’s happening in your life. Take a moment to send a quick text, pick up the phone, drop them a card in the mail. Connecting with those who are part of your inner circle on a routine basis, will create a more meaningful and enjoyable life. Keep in touch, joyfully!

3)     Focus on the present. We are where we are in the world. Things are how they are and we cannot change what has happened. Let us unite, joyfully! Be in the now and live in the moment, so that you can find ways to enjoy the ride. Today’s world isn’t quite normal to me either, and let’s make the most of it and do what we can to enjoy the life that has been given to us.
